River Oaks Logo Hi Rez

The Vermilion Ballroom is the largest room at River Oaks. This room can accommodate up to 500 guests for your wedding reception or cocktail party, and up to 420 guests for a seated event or banquet. For events over this number, the Vermilion Ballroom and adjoining Napoleon Ballroom can be combined for parties up to 750 guests, and seated events for 600, based on your actual set-up needs.
